DivineFuture.in provides online puja bookings, Vedic rituals, astrology consultations, and spiritual services performed by qualified Pandit Ji on your behalf.

🔔 Important Note:
Since these services are customized, time-bound, and spiritually initiated, they are non-returnable once started.

❌ Cancellation Policy

⏳ Cancellation Before Puja Starts

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja time.
• Approved cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting:
  • Pandit Ji booking charges
  • Puja preparation costs
  • Payment gateway charges

🚫 Cancellation After Puja Initiation

• Once the Sankalp, mantra jaap, or ritual preparation has started, no cancellation or refund is possible.
• This is because Vedic rituals begin with spiritual commitment and resource allocation.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

✅ Puja canceled by Divine Future Spiritual Services Private Limited
✅ Duplicate payment due to technical error
✅ Service not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances

🔁 Refund Timeline:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

❌ Change of mind after booking
❌ Incorrect details provided by the customer
❌ Delay or absence from customer side
❌ Puja partially or fully completed
❌ Force majeure events (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.)

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

✨ We understand genuine concerns.

• One-time free rescheduling may be allowed if requested 24 hours in advance
• Subject to Pandit Ji availability and ritual type
